I haven't a clue on the percentage of blind people in the world. I can't help but think they should have some assistance walking around. If it's a very busy street, one car making sound or not won't make a difference - it's a hazard. Any blind person who cares to live shouldn't wander around town on their own... just doesn't make much sense.

Sound like a true Grinch and Christmas is not even here! With such thinking, no safety features on anything would become available to people for whatever needs they may have in this environment. Where is the logic on the Toyota FJ Cruiser? It appears this responder doesn't believe in the rights of persons with limited or no sight. I do not know the percentage of blind that wander (?) around town.
