		<description>Ahh the Maurader, how I miss that car.  Perhaps the new Taurus SHO is more of a replacement for it, instead of the old Taurus SHO.  A point I haven&#039;t thought of - thanks for pointing it out.</description>

		<description>I think the SHO Taurus is brilliant.  1st off, the entire launch is coming out at the same time (meaning standard Taurus and SHO), not letting people hang.  2nd, this fulfills the promise of the Mercury Marauder, in that the US has not had an explicit sport sedan (as opposed to coupe) since the Impala, Marauder, old SHO etc.

Whether the market is out there remains to be seen, but there are a lot of us (Ford Fans) who want a sports car, need some room (Mustang won&#039;t cut it)and don&#039;t want to buy a BMW.  (Though Didge Charger is a good alternative).</description>
