Hellooooooooooooooo recall! 790,000 vehicles is a whole lot, no matter how you read it. The recalled units are all US units, and the problem is the brake light switch. Apparently it could malfunction if installed improperly. See, I thought that anything could malfunction if you put it in wrong, but what do I know?

99-06 Golf & GTI

01-05 Jetta

01-07 New Beetle

04 R32
