Recall Notice: Chrysler recalls over 102k 2007-2008 Avenger and Sebring sedans
The New Chrysler isn’t stopping it’s absurd number of recalls, regardless of name changes. The latest recall affects model year 2007 and 2008 Dodge Avengers and Chrysler Sebring sedans - 102,042 of them to be exact. This is out of approximately 127k Sebrings and Avengers that have been sold thru September this year - so pretty much all of them.
What’s the problem, you ask? Potential issues with cooling fan motor connectors, which could cause a fire. Thus far, no injuries or accidents have been attributed to this defect. The recalls are too frequent by far, but it’s always good to see a recall before an injury occurs. If you’re the proud owner of an affected vehicle, keep an eye on your mailbox.
