Nissan will recall 48k SUVs and Trucks

Nissan is planning on recalling a total of 48,700 trucks and SUV’s for a potential suspension problem. There’s no real safety risk with this recall, just the risk of a rough ride. A lower suspension control link may not have been welded correctly. If this is the case, a bushing collar could crack, giving you a rough ride. That’s it – no danger, no wheels falling off, none of that.

Some (Not all) of the following vehicles are affected:

  • 2010 Armada
  • 2010 Pathfinder
  • 2010 Xterra
  • 2010 Frontier
  • 2010 Titan
  • 2010 Infiniti QX56

Nissan is still working out the details of the recall. Since their is no safety risk, it’s perfectly safe to continue driving your Nissan until things are sorted out.
