If you’re the owner of a 2009 Nissan Murano or 2009 Infiniti EX35, keep an eye on your mailbox. And keep passengers out of the front passenger seat. There’s some sort of faulty programming going on there, and the airbag may not deploy correctly in the event of an accident. Only certain units are affected.
Luckily the fix is easy – just a programming update. Dealers should have this fix already, so give yours a call if you’re an owner. Your local dealer will be able to tell you if your unit is affected and in need of a fix.
