The Raging Bull is hard at work lately, this time with a possibly more affordable Gallardo - with a V8 under the hood.  There’s no word from Lamborghini yet, but there are some visual changes on this Gallardo, including a different front end setup, and new exhaust.  Sources say that the new Gallardo will use Audi’s excellent 420 HP 4.2 liter V8 instead of the current firebreathing V10.

So what does all this mean?  A quieter, not quite as quick, more wallet friendly Gallardo for the world to enjoy.  I’m sure it will still be way out of my price range, but I’ll be glad to welcome a less expensive Lamborghini any day.  V6 version, anyone?
