At the Geneva Auto Show, Lamborghini will officially announce the Gallardo LP550 – a super version of the baby Lamborghini. Behind the cockpit will sit a slightly larger, much more powerful 550 HP, 5.2 liter V10. Naturally the folks from SantAgata will drum up something fantastic and outrageous to change the exterior. After all, what’s the point of adding power if the whole world can’t tell the difference?
Pricing isn’t known yet, but it will surely be more than the base price of the “regular” Gallardo, which starts at $180,000. If you’re spending that kind of cash, what’s a little more?
