Jack Helfman is the owner, and has been in the car business since the 50′s. The first thing you’ll notice about Helfman Ford is that it’s simply huge – the dealership sits on 15 1/2 acres of land, and there are new Fords as far as the eye can see.

I’m back again.
I’ve bought a brand new Thunderbird and Van. My last purchase was a used Taurus. I must give the younger Mr. Helfman at the used car lot, Kudos. He was absolutely wonderful to me and in helping me to buy this Taurus after wrecking my van. I had had the van repaired in Austin and went to drive it back to your dealership to have it checked out, thoroughly before driving it. Come to find out the repairs shop did not put transmission fluid in it, so my insurance totalled it and gave me very little money. Now I need another vehicle, hopefully a van or suv. I need a lift or something to raise and lower a scooter or wheel chair. My 14 yr. old grandaon stole my car, ran over me and broke my right ankle. The following week he ran it in a ditch and wrecked it again. I had to have tie rod ends replaced. The third time he burnt up the transmission. This time I turned him in. Whoopee, he got a reprimand and I’m 3 weeks stranded now. My mother passed away and we are in the process of selling her house. I’m not going to get a lot but would appreciate you looking for me something thats dependable. Remember, I’m a 65 yr. old female, cancer survivor, who talks by burping words. I couldn’t holler for help if I wanted too. hahaha
