GM Does not need a partner

Rick Wagoner, GM’s CEO, recently stated that GM does not need a partner. This, of course, comes after months of rumors regarding a proposed alliance between GM and Nissan-Renault. Wagoner is confident that GM can turn around on her own, without outside help. I never really thought an alliance with Nissan was the answer, but I don’t share Rick’s enthusiasm. GM is in an awful situation, and without some sort of help, their situation is simply going to get worse. Read more at Autoblog.
