Sure, we had the Obama girl, which was cool. But Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has a whole err, harem at his side. Putin’s Army, a group of young Russian women who support the prime minister, wanted to spice things up. What better to attract attention for a cause than washing cars in small bikinis, right?

The female announcer disagrees with this strongly, but it’s pretty easy to see the male announcer has a completely different take on the matter. What do you think?

You all know Danica Patrick, of course.  Here she is in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, showing off in a couple of bikinis.  I’m personally not one of those car fans who are obsessed with Danica.  In the grand scheme of women, she’s not insanely hot.  There are tons of better looking women in the world than her. From movie stars, to models, to just regular women.

The Geneva Auto Show didn’t have much in the way of amazing new vehicles – that’s why you haven’t read about it here at Houston Cars.  I haven’t been ignoring the news, just trying to pick and choose.  There are a couple cars that grabbed my attention, and I’ll post about them shortly.  In the meantime, you can always count on booth babes to make an otherwise blah show quite entertaining.  As we all know, women with large breasts out on display sell cars, or at least auto manufacturer’s sure think so.

This poor girl looks like she’s freezing – can someone turn up the heat?

Nothing of significance really happened at the 2007 Moscow Auto Show, to be honest. There were no unexpected concepts or amazing cars present. No, the show on the whole was pretty boring when you get right down to it. There were, however, plenty of the requisite booth babes present, if you’re into that sort of thing. The ladies at the Chicago auto show are way more tame than we’re used to. None of them are particularly attractive or jaw-dropping gorgeous, and no ones wearing anything particularly stunning. That being said, there are a bunch of hi-res photos over at Autoblog for you to check out, if you’re into that sort of thing. Personally I think the booth babes were better at a few shows in 2006.

This is an old one, and this post belonged here awhile back, but better late than never, right? Jalopnik photographer Curtis Walker snapped this photo of a fine young lady working at a tire company’s booth. One of the things Curtis noticed is that the girls working at the tire and rim company’s booths had a tendency to show some cleavage – front and rear. I can’t see the front, but there’s definitely some rear cleavage going on here.

I guess companies like this are all about appearance – people only buy rims cuz they look nice, right? Maybe the companies think the girls will draw the attention they need. I think they’re right.

Everyone’s favorite part of any auto show is the booth babes. Everyone can deny it all they want, but let’s face it – people want to see the woman. Period. Autoblog has some great galleries up – the first picture is from the LA Auto Show, and there are plenty more where that came from.

There are also some great pictures from the VIP Auto Fashion Show. It does look pretty darn cold in the auto show. Poor thing.

There is a widespread speeding problem in Denmark – 7 out of 10 drivers regularly exceed the speed limit. A group of attractive, unabashed young women figured out a foolproof solution – stand in the road, holding speed limit sides. Oh, did I mention that they would be topless? As in boobies bouncing and all that? I’m not sure exactly what makes them bikini bandits, and not topless bandits, but no worries.
