I6 - Inline 6 cylinder engine: An engine with 6 cylinders, arranged in a single row. Automakers are starting to move away from the I6 in favor of the V6, which is a more popular design currently. The now-retired Toyota Supra made good use of the I6 engine. Currently BMW is the king of the I6.
