Minor changes are all that’s in store for the 2013 370Z. Really minor, if you want to get technical about it. Nissan changed up the front fascia a bit – the vertical line of DRL’s might catch your eye. The wheels are new – both the base wheels and the upgraded Sport package wheels. Sport package buyers will also get to enjoy shiny new red painted brake calipers.1 There are a couple new colors too, which is normal for the Z. They are Magma Red and Midnight Blue, if you must know.
And that’s about it. No powertrain upgrades this year, though the 332 HP V6 is no slouch. In fact, it’s rather a bit of a beast. It still can’t compete with the V8’s from Chevy, Ford, and Dodge, though. To be fair, I don’t think it’s trying. The Z is a niche car, and Nissan seems happy with that.
