2010 Ford Fusion I4 at the top of the class

2010-ford-fusion In fuel economy, that is.  It’s not only the Fusion Hybrid that is a fuel miser, the regular old gasoline only four cylinder Fusion is the most fuel efficient midsize sedan in its class.  The EPA officially rated the new Fusion at 23 MPG city / 34 MPG highway – a huge improvement from last year’s Fusion, which managed a paltry 20 mpg city / 28 mpg highway.

These EPA numbers put the Fusion ahead of the Malibu, Camry, Altima, and yes – even the Accord.  The add insult to injury, the Ford is best in the city AND  on the highway.  How bout them apples?
