I’ve always had good luck with Chrysler and Ford, for that matter, but there always is room for improvement. I believe if Chrysler trimmed production of vehicles and spent a little more cash on greatly improving their weak points, that would be the a turning point in the direction in the longer term. As for GM, I never had good luck with their vehicles, plus I see more of GM’s vehicles stranded on the side of the road far more frequently than any other auto manufacturer.

Well, Toyota and Honda build many, many of their cars right here in the good old US of A. More than a few cars sold by the “Big 2.5″ are, in fact, built in Mexico or Canada. Go figure.

As for the latter part,
Yes, Toyota is boring. Dreadfully so. Not since the Twin Turbo Supra has Toyota sold a car that was exciting ( at least that I can remember ). But when it comes to building and selling quality cars at a profit, they are pretty frickin good.

The Honda owners you’re referring to are generally 16 year old kids who drive 10 year old Civics. That won’t change. The fact is that Honda makes a damn good car, if you’re looking for bulletproof reliability and reasonably fun to drive.

Obviously, when you are designing and building in another country the American economy has little impact on you.

Plus:
1. Toyota is boring.
2. So many Honda people get a hatchback and think it can beat a
Ferrari.
In short…they blow too.

Whoever the dumb ass is that wrote this little ad, has no idea that the photo above is a spy shot before the new sebring was introduce. You are looking at a photo that is more then 2 years old. Chrysler is rebuilding itself(we all know) and with the right people(which they have hired) and if the economy ever gets better I promise you Chrysler will do it right again!!!!
