Toyota’s behemoth is getting a makeover for MY 2009 - and here are a few previews for your enjoyment. Not much is known on the specs yet, though if I had to guess, I’d say that we’ll see the new 5.7 liter iForce from the Tundra make its way under the Land Cruiser’s hood. There aren’t any interior shots yet.

A diesel option is rumored at this point, though I don’t know if that will make it here to the states. I’m sure the rest of the world will get it - for some reason us Yankees don’t like diesels still. Hopefully the newer, cleaner diesels will start to make their way here, so we can enjoy the better fuel economy that the rest of the world has been doing for years.
