2009 Nissan Murano Pricing

Nissan Murano, 2009 In a truly bold move, Nissan has priced the all-new 2009 Murano about $1500 below the outgoing 2007 Murano.  With the hoopla surrounding how much better the new Murano is, this really comes as a surprise.  Plus, it’s not often in general that a redesigned model comes in priced below an outgoing model.  The fact that we’re talking about $1,500 less is even more impressive.  It sounds like Nissan is going after more volume with the new Murano.  This chart shows the base MSRP of each trim level, 2009 vs the 2007 prices.

Trim level 2009 Murano 2007 Murano
S FWD $26,330 $27,830
S AWD $27,930 $29,430
SL FWD $27,880 $29,380
SL AWD $29,480 $30,980
SE AWD N/A $31,930
LE AWD $35,910 N/A

There’s more to come later – but I wanted to get the pricing out to you as soon as possible.  If you’re in the market for a Murano, absolutely wait a few weeks.  With the 2009 model about to hit dealer’s lots coupled with the price drop, you won’t be disappointed.
