Nissan announced the 2009 370Z Nismo Edition just the other day. While the 350Z Nismo didn’t really offer any go-fast stuff, the 370Z has a bit more to offer. How about a bump in horsepower from 332 in the regular 370Z to an even 350 HP? Not a bad start. Nissan upgraded the exhaust and played around with the ECU to find the extra ponies.
The Ultralight RAYS wheels ( 19” ) are hard to miss, and they look stunning. Add the requisite NISMO body kit, cap it off with a close-ratio 6 speed manual as the only choice, and you’ve got yourself a pretty badass little sports car. No pricing info yet, but there’s a good chance it will top $40 large. I love the new Z, but $40k might be pushing the envelope. Then again, maybe that’s the price you pay for this sweet package.
