2009 Honda City Spy Shots
This is the 2009 Honda City - available just about everywhere except the US. It’s basically a sedan version of the insanely popular Fit. The Fit translates quite nicely into sedan form, and the City is one of the nicer looking subcompacts around. Under the hood is the same 1.5 liter 4 banger that powers the Fit - plenty of power, and great fuel economy.
The 2009 City could pull away some Yaris sedan buyers…. lots of people want great gas mileage, but still can’t get on board with a hatchback design. This is a car Honda needs to bring to the US - they can absolutely dominate the subcompact segment.
