2009 Cadillac CTS-V to hit 600 HP

Just the other day I posted some spy shots of the 2009 Cadillac CTS-V, with the early reports that HP would be somewhere in the 520 HP range. Well, I was wrong. Way wrong. This car will be the fastest Cadillac ever produced by an even wider margin - I’m talking about 600 HP from the blown 7.0 liter V8. Six Hundred Horsepower- that’s as much as the upcoming 2008 Viper…. more than an M5, more than a Corvette Z06 for crying out loud. This car will be absurdly fast… something Cadillac has never done before.

Horsepower wars in full swing; and it’s just getting interesting. BMW - it’s your move.
