The funky Hollywood Extra reviews the 2008 Pontiac G8 GT and comes away with this - ‘It is quite a lot of car for the money. Even a fully optioned model is $32 700.  As long as you don’t expect a BMW (at that price you shouldn’t, but some people still do…), don’t care about gas prices or what the resale of a V8 sedan might be in a few years, and can live with a few cheap interior bits, you should be happy with the G8 GT.  For my taste, even though the V8 can be intoxicating, I would still pick the cheaper V6 model…”

Buying gas for a big V8 sedan is a tough pill to swallow these days.  I wonder if the G8 GT will really find a whole lot of buyers?  It’s probably more there to say they have a V8, rather than for much volume.  Read more about the 2008 Pontiac G8.
