Hey Joe, thanks for stopping by. I've owned cars all across the board; one Geo ( a Toyota in disguise ) that blew a head gasket at 92k miles, a toyota, 3 flawless Fords, a Lincoln, and a Honda. I can definately attest to the quality being higher in the Toyota and Honda vs the domestic products - no comparison really.
As far as trucks go, my Father in law has a Tundra ( 03 - 04 ? Not sure of the year ) that is fantastic. If I was buying a pickup, I'd probably go with a Ford at this point - I hate the style of the new Tundra, and nothing else appeals to me in the least.

I've owned Ford and Chevy and bought my first Toyota in '03. I'll never go back to that Detroit junk and am going to buy the '07 Tundra. Meanwhile, Ford is accepting early retirements from over 50% of their manufacturing workforce..
